1. Introduction

Welcome to Animate My Brand. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By placing an order with Animate My Brand, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Throughout this document, "Animate My Brand", "we", "our", and "us" refer to Apex Mentor Ltd trading as Animate My Brand.

2. Services

Animate My Brand provides custom logo animation, video editing, branding, and digital content creation services.

All services are created digitally and delivered electronically.

3. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian.
You own or have permission to use any logo, image, text, audio, or content submitted to us.
All information provided during the ordering process is accurate and complete.

4. Delivery

Upon successful purchase and receipt of all required materials from the customer, completed videos will be delivered via WeTransfer to the email address provided during checkout.

Standard delivery time is within 5 working days.

Delivery times may vary depending on:

Project complexity
Revision requests
Delays in receiving customer assets or feedback
High order volumes

We will make reasonable efforts to meet stated delivery estimates but do not guarantee delivery dates.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing:

Logo files
Branding assets
Design instructions
Any other materials required to complete the project

Delays caused by missing information or assets may extend delivery times.

6. Revisions

Revision availability may vary depending on the purchased service package.

Requests that differ substantially from the original order may require additional fees.

7. Refunds

Due to the custom nature of digital animation services, refunds are generally not available once work has commenced.

If a project cannot be completed due to circumstances solely within our control, we may provide a full or partial refund at our discretion.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

8. Intellectual Property

Customers retain ownership of their original logos and submitted materials.

Animate My Brand retains ownership of any templates, systems, workflows, and proprietary creative assets used in the production process unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Upon full payment, customers receive the right to use the final delivered animation for personal or commercial purposes unless otherwise specified.

9. Limitation of Liability

Animate My Brand shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential losses
Loss of profits
Business interruption
Third-party claims arising from customer-supplied content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.

10. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or terminate any order that:

Violates intellectual property rights
Contains unlawful content
Contains offensive, abusive, or inappropriate material
Breaches these Terms & Conditions

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page.
